Eligible products may be returned within 180 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions described in our Return & Refund Policy. That policy also covers return authorization, return shipping, inspection, refunds, exchanges, and damaged or incorrect items.

Follow the care instructions provided with each product. Terracotta and earthenware pieces may be more fragile than standard dinnerware. Avoid sudden temperature changes, harsh impacts, and abrasive cleaners. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow care instructions may not be considered a product defect, subject to mandatory law.

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
