Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to eligible purchases made through heavital.com. Heavital is operated by Kunming Nianchu Trading Co., Ltd.

  1. Return Window

You may request a return for an eligible item within 180 calendar days after confirmed delivery. All orders are covered by our 180-day free return promise. Contact us before sending any item.

  1. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, an item must meet all of the following:
  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • No signs of use, damage, alteration, or wash
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
We may refuse a return that does not meet these conditions, subject to mandatory law.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
  • Personalized, customized, engraved, or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Items clearly marked as final sale
  • Items damaged through misuse, accidents, improper storage, or normal wear
This does not restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded by applicable law.

  1. Starting a Return

  1. Email service@heavitalvip.com with your order number and reason for return.
  1. Wait for our authorization and return instructions. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.
  1. We will confirm the correct return address after your request is approved.
Important: Do not send returns to our registered business address unless we expressly instruct you to do so. The return facility is located in China. We will provide the exact return address after approval.

  1. Return Shipping

Returns are free for eligible items within the 180-day return window. We will provide a return shipping label or cover reasonable return shipping costs after your return is authorized. For change-of-mind returns, we may deduct the original outbound shipping cost from your refund where permitted. If we verify that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, original shipping charges will also be refunded.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact service@heavitalvip.com within 7 days after delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
Reporting within 7 days helps us investigate quickly, but does not remove any longer mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

  1. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
  • Original shipping charges are refunded when the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  1. Exchanges and Cancellations

Contact us about an exchange. Depending on availability, we may offer a direct exchange or ask you to return the original item and place a new order. Cancellation requests must be submitted before your order has been processed. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment has begun.
